Message frequency varies based on system activity. Message and data rates may apply. Authorized users may opt out at any time by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP.
If Nightfall Publications introduces customer-facing SMS communications in the future, such services will be managed under a separate messaging program with its own registration and consent process.
5. Membership and Payments
Certain areas of the Nightfall platform require membership.

Nightfall will make reasonable efforts to deliver physical products as described but does not guarantee delivery timelines affected by manufacturing or shipping delays.
18. Canon and Narrative Intellectual Property
The Nightfall narrative universe, including its stories, characters, world-building elements, and associated narrative artifacts, constitutes protected intellectual property owned by Nightfall Publications.
This includes but is not limited to:
• fictional characters
• storylines and narrative arcs
• fictional organizations and locations
• world-building documents and dossiers
Users may not reproduce, publish, adapt, or commercially exploit these materials without written permission.
Limited personal discussion of the works (such as reviews, commentary, or community discussion) is permitted provided such use does not reproduce substantial portions of the original works.
19. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or the use of Nightfall services, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Arbitration shall occur within the State of Texas.
Each party will bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
Users retain the right to bring claims in small claims court where applicable
