Membership accounts and saved items. While your membership is active, we retain your account and the items you save to your Satchel.
Items saved to your Satchel remain there if you change membership tiers. If your account becomes past due, your member access—including access to your Satchel—is paused until your account is brought current.
If your membership ends, we will retain your account and saved Satchel items for 90 days, giving you time to return and restore your membership without losing what you saved. After that 90-day retention period, your account will be closed and your saved items will be permanently deleted.
Your membership ends when you cancel and your current paid membership period expires, or when your account remains continuously past due and your member access remains paused for 90 days without the account being brought current.
Records we must keep for tax and financial recordkeeping are kept for as long as the law requires.
Data may be deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
