Nightfall Publications uses SMS messaging only for operational alerts and internal system notifications.
At this time, SMS messaging is used solely for internal operational monitoring and alerting for Nightfall Publications infrastructure and services.
Nightfall Publications does not conduct external marketing campaigns via SMS.
If SMS communications are expanded in the future, Nightfall Publications will update this policy and implement appropriate opt-in procedures and message frequency disclosures in accordance with applicable telecommunications regulations.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient’s mobile carrier.
